I've got an AMD XP3200+ that is only running at 1.1 Ghz? This happened after I installed a PNY Geforce 6800 GT in my system. I'm not having any issues with the graphics card at all, in fact I'm quite impressed with it so far. But I noticed the change in processor speed when I benchmarked my system with 3dMark03, got an 8003 but I know that has to be low because of the processor issue. Any suggestions?

Also, what brand and model of power supply are you using? With the combined appetites of the CPU and the new video card, the mobo probably failed a POST due to lack of power. When it failed a POST, on the next startup it fell back on its "fail-safe" mode where it runs the CPU at 100MHz bus speed, and bingo, 1.1GHz.

For that combo I would go for a quality 400W+ unit. Fortron, Antec, Enermax and PC Power & Cooling are some known quality brands.

I'm running a ESC N2U400-A motherboard & an Enlight 420W power supply. I'm also having instability when I run my FSB at 200Mhz...The most stable settings I have are 100Mhz FSB speed with both spectrums set at least at .50%. If I run it at 200Mhz and/or disable the spectrums, I start getting page fault errors in non-paged areas. Could this be a cooling issue? I'm looking at getting a bigger case with more fans.

And that makes me a sad panda.....

Educated guess: your card is overwhelming your mobo's ability to supply 12V power to everything that wants it. Your board doesn't have an ATX12V secondary connector, which means all of its 12V demands must be supplied using a single 12V wire in the 20-pin ATX cable. Might consider getting a Shuttle AN35N Ultra to address that, or an Abit NF7-S if you want to go upscale.

 
Are you referring to the 4-pin ATX12V auxiliary power connector? If you are, the motherboard does have a spot for that and it is connected...If you are referring to the AUX connector, then it isn't connected.
 
Ok I've put everything into a new case, an Aspire Turboserver X-Infinity ATX case with (3) 80mm fans & (1) 120mm fan cooling the case. That should eliminate the possibility of any cooling issues.

I ran memtest86 and it came up with about 15,500 errors during tests #3 & #4, but only a small handful in all of the other tests. I'm not familiar with this memtest86 at all, but I'm assuming it means that one or both of my memory cards are bad? Any info would be helpful.
