Processor Fan

I am going to buy a new heatsink and fan for my XP 1900 but I dont know which one is the best. Which is the best for cooling? I am also not bothered about the noise.
Secondly which case fan is the best, again not bothered about the noise. Any ideas? Thanks.

This thread has good suggestions: Click me A YS Tech or Enermax 80mm adjustable-rpm fan, or a fan with around 40cfm flowrate, should get you to the point of diminishing returns using one of those three heatsinks.
