Processor Core Voltage

My 700 Athlon is running, according to the bios, at 1.60 v. According to the paperwork available at AMD's site the minimal voltage value is 1.65 v, the nominal is 1.75 v and the maximum value is 1.85 v. I don't have any problem with stability with the system at 1.6, just wondering why it is reading so low.

Is this normal?

Come on !! 5/100 of a volt. You mis-interpreted the AMD info. The higher voltage 1.85 is for the higher speed Athlons. Somewhere the speed and voltage is posted on the net, hint TOMSHARDWRE /hint
