Process node comparison

and was wondering how 32 and 28nm global foundries would compare.
Anyone have that data ?

Look at how small GF/SAM 28nm process is. Closer to Intel 22nm, but without finfet. It was said for a long time theor 28nm process is the best of its generation(32/28nm).
