Question Process Lasso and assigning game profiles?

Does anyone here know if there is a way to assign CPU affinities with Process Lasso without running the program that I want to assign CPU affinities to? Basically I want to set a profile for a program that will kick in if it detects the program running, much like the way I set profiles for games in Nvidia's driver control panel, but I don't want to actually be running the game while I set the CPU affinities for the game. Basically I want to set the path for the exe of the game I want to set the CPU affinities to if it's possible.
