Process Hacker created a service?

I'm using Process Hacker to remove Affinity 0 for certain apps and I get a notification from windows that it created a service. I looked in Windows Services and didn't see it, I took a screen shot of the windows notification to look over. I rebooted to check if the service was even in Windows Services and didn't see it. While looking around for other things my computer rebooted on its own. That has never happened before. I'm trying to google the service it created and I'm coming up with nothing. I've been using this app for the past month or two. Processhacker 2.39

EDIT: Oh. But it still doesn't explain the odd reboot
