Problems with xfx 6600gt and Hauppauge wintv-150mce

i just installed a Hauppage PVR wintv-150MCE and is conflicting with my video card. before the tv card i was getting a 3377 score in 3dmark05 with stock settings on the card.
after the tv card i get 963. the firefly especifically was running horrible, 0 FPS. now it fails, this is the error im getting,

IDirect3DDevice9:: DrawIndexedPrimitive failed: Out of video memory (D3DERR_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY)

nevermind i found the problem. memory usage was set to system cache instead of programs. i don't remember doing that but if anyone has this problem look into that setting.
