problems with x-gamer sound card

i have just got the x-gamer sound card and whenever i play games i get a fuzzy flapping sound on certain effects. none of the game sound options do anything to resolve this problem, and its not the speakers because they worked with my old sound blaster 128 card. please help if you know anything.
 
if you mean like static then i have the same problem, sometimes it works fine and others i get that static. it really sucks. can't figure it out either. same card too x-gamer, but my sb value worked fine
 
sounds like it could be interference from inside or outside your pc.
do the same sound effects always have this problem or is it intermittent?
