I did some maintenance work on my computer, and things went bad (let's name this stage 'a'), so I decided I'll use system restore to go back to the last stable state (call it 'b') I had.
Restore (to 'b') went well, but some features like internet connections were not functioning, so I've decided to undo the restore (back to 'a'), and then go back to yet an earlier restore point (name it 'c').
I managed to undo the restore (so now I'm back at 'a'), but now system restore tab is missing from the my computer menu thing, I tried everything I could think of, to run system restore, but it won't run... 🙁
I tried command line execution before and after using safe mode, I also located the system restore .exe file but it wouldn't run either... I used the 'net start' command and system restore shows there, so I really can't understand what's going on...
Anyone has any ideas?
