One computer has WIN 98 (not second edition). The other computer has Windows XP.I setup the hardware, but configuring everything is giving me headaches. I added TCP/IP and NetBEUI on the WIN 98 machine. Next, I went to the XP machine and it took me through the networking wizard, where it created a networking disk. I assumed that the network disk that XP created was to be put on the WIN 98 machine, well I did that and nothing happend. The two computers are not seeing each whatsoever. Please if someone can give me a good way to start everything from scratch and get things working, I would really appreciate it. Oh yes, I did read the Anandtech FAQ on networking, however it doesnt mention anything about WIN XP. Happy Holidays!
