I'm interested in buying the Visiontek Geforce 3 Ti 200 from Best Buy, but I've seen at least 3 open box returns for sale at different stores. Is there something wrong with this card that is well known or is it probrably because the performance isn't as good as people expected? I've seen alot of good reviews for it but please let me know of any problems before I blow my money and buy it. Thanks. :D

I actually bought a Best Buy open box model myself. I combined it with a 10% coupon for a really great deal. It's a great card! I doubled my frame rates in Nascar 4 from my Radeon 32 ddr. 3dMark scores also doubled.

More than likely people are buying AGP cards and do not have an AGP slot, or they can't install the drivers, or they have a conflict so they give up. I saw other kinds of video cards "open box" besides this one too. I'm hearing only positive reports about this card.

I concur, most of the people returning hardware back to Best Buy can not handle the install and istoo cheap to pay the 35$ install fee. Best Buy lets you return open box returns. You have nothing to loose.
