Problems with Tyan Thunder K7

Hey, I am running dual Athlon 1.4 Ghz on the Thunder K7 board and have 2 problems:
1) The Bios is only recognizing my chips as 1263Mhz. The FSB is set to 266Mhz and the chip seems to be coming up with a 9.5 Multiplier. Anybody know why this might be occurring? Any suggestions, please tell me?
2) Inside of Device Manager, I am getting an asterik for no drivers installed for a Co-Processor. Do driver info is listed at Tyan, Microsoft or AMD. Anybody know the fix for this?
