I'm having a problem with my tv tuner on my Radeon 8500 All-In-Wonder card. The quality on the tv tuner is rather poor. The picture isn't sharp, and I notice a flickering sometimes. I had read reviews that said the quality of the tv tuner is excellent. Compared to my Pinnacle TV Tuner that I bought 3 years ago, it stinks. Is it likely that I just have a faulty card?

... or not enough power on the AGP slot, or a poorly wired input TV signal to start with, or haven't tuned the stations properly. A zillion reasons before I'd say the card is bad.

not enough power on the AGP slot? how do I increase the power? if that fix requires more power from a higher power PSU, well, my unit is 480W. The strange thing about my problem is that I have the cable split, one going to my Radeon AIW on my new Athlon 2200 computer, and one going to the Pinnacle TV Tuner on my old P2-400. The Pinnacle TV Tuner looks really sharp, while the Radeon is compartively fuzzy. I've swapped the connections between the two computers to see if it was a cable problem, but the results were the same, the Pinnacle was a lot sharper.

If the fix i's tuning the stations properly, how do I go about that?
