Problems with the DualHead feature on my new ATI card.

I went out and bought an ATI 9200SE today. Not really looking for 3D performance, just the multi-monitor support. So, I put it in, uninstalled the old Matrox drivers, and installed the latest ATI drivers. My problem is that the 2nd screen, coming off the DVI port(with a VGA adapter) is fuzzy at best. I tried switching monitors, and the problem stays with the DVI port. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a DVI port setting i don't know about? I've used the Matrox DVI before, and it didn't have any special settings. Just curious before i take this boards back tomorrow, and get a replacement.
