Problems with stacks in 10.7

Hey everyone. I burned Lion to a DVD yesterday and did a clean install. I've gotten everything transferred to my new install and everything looks good except for my stacks. I used to have those transparent bins but have since deleted them. My issue is that every time I restart my MBP, my Downloads, Documents, and pictures stacks turn into question marks. I can open a finder window and drag those folders back to the dock and it works as expected but it just won't hold after a restart. Any ideas?
