On my old computer, I used Sonique to convert mp3's to wav files so I can burn them onto a CD (I don't have version 4 of CD Creator, just 3.5). It worked good, all I did was open the file up and it ran it through to a wav file (after I went through the options to set it up for the first time).
Then I'm on my new system, download Sonique, and go through all the options that I remember (most importantly, changing the output to wav disk writer). The first song goes fine, but I am unable to open another right then, so I have to close it down and open it back up. Weird I thought. I go to burn the CD and when it's done I put it into a CD player. The tracks are all messed up. I've got duplicates of songs, one I even have it on their three times! It's not the CD software, because I checked the wav file and the song that it's supposed to be is something else!
Is there something I did wrong? Or is there better software to convert it to?
