Problems with Soltek's purple ray via apollo kt333

Hi, I noticed my AMD XP 1800 + at 1.5 Ghz only clocks around 1.1 Ghz. I checked the bios and my FSB was set to 100 other then 133 as well as my cpu clock frequency. I do not see an option anywhere to set the fsb frequency and the bios wont let me set the cpu clock speed any higer without over clocking from a 100 FSB.

Im guessing now I set the switchs wrong on the amd on the mobo itself. If you have a soltek with a soltek bios and can figure this out for me I will be greatful!

You are on the right track,XP 1800+ is 11.5 x 133mhz FSB.It should say in the manual that came with the Soltek board,for correct dip switch settings,or you can try contacting Soltek.

Somebody here must have the same board,btw you can ask here in the Soltek Forum at AMDMB if you don`t get an answer.

SW1: off, off, off, off, off
SW2: off, off, off, off, off, on (133MHz FSB speed)

Yeah it was on auto. I can now change the cpu frequency to anything. I got it up to 1.65 Ghz from 1.5 Ghz.
