Problems with Samsung 900NF - can anyone help?

I've been having some problems with my Samsung 900 NF lately, and am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. The lower half of the screen gets fuzzy, but the upper half does not. It appears to happen about every 10 seconds. The screen will be pretty sharp, and then it fuzzes up, and then sharpens again. I've adjusted the focus, but it won't hold a setting at all...makes no difference whether or not I adjust focus at all, really.

It's really giving me a headache using this monitor... I am considering shipping it back to Samsung, but the shipping will be awful, and I just wanted to check and see if anyone else has had this happen.

Sounds faulty so RMA it back,I`m lucky here in UK ,most monitor companies offer free replacement at no charge they even pick up the faulty one from your house,I got my new LG lastweek due to out of focus problem with the old one and yes it was new not refurb .
