Problems with running Windows XP

About a week ago my hard drive only had 4KB of space left and I didnt realize it and then I restarted the computer and when Windows tried booting up it said I do not have enough free space to run windows. I booted up in safe mode to delete some files and free up space, so then I rebooted and Windows could now run correctly, but there were some problems with it.

It created this Windows Administrator User account that I didnt make and it will load into this account instead of my normal administrator account that I made. When it loads into this account all my settings are messed up and it says my whole registry is corrupt and almost no programs work correctly. I try to log off of it and go into my normal account but the only account on the windows log in screen says administator, but it is not the correct account. The only way I know it made this account is in Documents and Settings it has one administrator with all my favorites, my documents in there, etc, and then the other account that it made with none of my settings correct.

Does anyone know a way that I can log into my normal administrator account and not the administrator account that was made and has all my settings wrong. I try to use system restore, but there are no restore points that I can choose.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

It just says Administrator.8RDA and the 8RDA is my computer name on my network. My regular administrator account just says Administrator, but the account that is messed up that was made is Administrator.8RDA
