problems with road runner

i have to pc's connected through my netgear hub..everything was working fine until i decided to replace my cheap coaxial cable line with a higher quality cable line..one of my pc is still working fine but the other one has no connection to road runner..i have tried power cycling both modem and hub but still get the same results..does anyone have any suggestions..thanks.

You replaced what?
If you personally swapped out a piece of cable, reverse the process.
If you mean that you upgraded to digital cable, then you might be discovering a 1 IP per customer limit.

Explain what got changed.
 
Well, from what is written here that would be the obvious choice.
Was not broke, made change, now is broke, undo change.
Are there any obvious benefits to the new cable, better picture, etc?
 
You did something else. Undo that and it should work. What "that" is, I couldn't tell you, but going with a different coax cable won't affect just one computer. It would affect the connection to the modem. That would 'cause an "all or nothing" situation. Double check your network settings. Make sure you can "see" both computers from each computer. That should tell you your network is setup correctly and those cables are working.
