I recently purchased a new 1080p HD LCD TV and when I plug in my Media PC the max resolution I can display is 1152x864. If I try anything larger the image gets shrunk with huge black bars or just blows up with part of the display offscreen.
It's a pretty old PC and the card I'm using is a 6600 gts. Since I had the exact same problem with my previous HD tv I'm pretty sure it's the card. Is this due to a lack of HDCP decoding? Would a 7600 solve my problems?
