Problems with redeeming things xbox 1?

I entered my redemption codes on my computer because its much easier than doing it on the xbox and i'm totally lost as to how to get those packages downloaded on the xbox. Anyone able to help?
 
Hmmm, if it were me, I'd go to the game in the store on the console. I know when you purchase a game, it then gives you an install button that you have to select before it will actually download it. I'd imagine redeeming a code will do the same thing.

Go find the content you entered the code for and if there's a price listed at the top, then I don't know what you can do. If it says "Install" instead, then there ya go.

I don't have a solution for you, but for future reference (if you have the physical cards with a QR code on them) it is now very easy to say "Xbox scan code" and it will do it for you. You just hold it up by Kinect.
