Problems with Promise UATA card on ABit-ST6RAID.

I got the above mentioned card and followed the instructions but I can't get it to boot off it.

Any ideas?

Disable your RAID, and try to detect it. You can't use both. I know Iwill's with RAID, you can't use a IDE card at all! If disabling the RAID options doesn't work, I think you're out of luck. Why do you need 3 or 4 IDE channels anyways? Put you're HDD's on the RAID channels. You don't have to run them with RAID. Just letting you know if you didn't already know.

I have a 40.8GB Fujitsu UATA100 and a 10.8GB Fujistsu UATA66 hardrive. Are you saying that I can run these unequal size hard-drives on RAID wthout having to invoke RAID at all?
