Problems with private messeges.

When I subscribe to a thread it dosent show a new messege for each post, just one for a bunch of posts. Is this right?

That would be nice if it really only sent one message for a thread subscription update even if many people posted, and didn't send you another one until you visited the thread again. It would keep my email box from filling up so quickly.
