Problems with Outpost Firewall

I just installed Juno DSL. I was having problems with testing the upload speed. It just wasn't able to check the upload speed no matter which speed test site I tried. So, I narrowed it down to the firewall, Sygate. I had other issues with it before, so I just disabled it and all was good. The upload speed test went thru without a hitch.

So, I decided to give Outpost firewall a try. Well, this is even worse. It won't allow me to view websites. Have not tried accessing email. I put IE and Firefox in the trusted/allowed apps section and changed the mode to "allow most." Still, it won't allow websites to be viewed.

Any ideas?

Do you have any Antivirus applications with web scanning? If so, do they have permission?

What O/S are you running?
