Problems with Office 2007 and Vista 64 bit?

Is there any problems with running this setup as my understanding is that Office 2007 is only a 32 bit app?

Vista 64 can run 32-bit apps just fine.

In another thread a poster pointed out the 'print to onenote' function isn't (yet) available on V64, but other than that it runs perfectly fine.
