problems with nostromo n50

windows xp constantly has "safely remove hardware" running in my systray despite the fact that i have both drivers and nostrom array installed. how do i get rid of this problem. any suggestions?

thats just the way it is. my n50 has been doing that since i bought it a couple of years ago. its not hurting anything...
