problems with Nero and LiteOn DVDRW

I've got a really strange problem with my new DVD burner. Its a Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-1673S. I can't burn anything in Nero 6.6, it will burn the disc the whole way through, but at the very end the burn will fail. I can burn in Windows and in iTunes just fine, and I can even burn in the Nero OEM bundle that came with the burner. Anybody got any ideas

I had a similar problem with a phillips drive a long long time ago.

A DVD Burner bios update corrected the issue.
