Problems with my.yahoo webpage

This is an odd browser problem, or possibly ISP related. I use www.my.yahoo.com to get most of my news, sports scores and just general information. For around 2 weeks on my home PC, with both IE and Firefox, the feeds don't work.. I'm still seeing sports scores from 2 weeks ago and the news is old.. The same account at work is fully operational and updated..Does anyone know what could be causing this?

the only possibility i can think of is the cache.
Try clearing the cache, or force reload the page with ctrl-F5

Are you using proxy server or something? It may be keeping you from getting fresh contents and keep feeding you the outdated cache

I deleted the cache to no avail. I'm thinking the *hosts* file may be corrupt. Can I just delete it?

Have you bothered to contact yahoo first? Sounds like a problem on their end.
