Problems with my ram, need help

Hi,

I'm having a problem here. I have ram that is 128MB PC133 and has Micron chips on it, and DIMM is manufactured by Texas Instruments (Micron bought TI memory a while back). I never really thought much about my ram but a diagnostic program i found from http://www.viahardware.com caused alarm. The program is called CTSPD i think, and it gives errors on a few things and gives abnormal serial # report. Should this be cause for alarm??

That utility does the same thing when I run it. Just for peace of mind, download and run a bunch of loops of DocMemory. I ran an overnight burn-in loop with no errors, and that is good enough for me.
