Problems with my new monitor

I just got my Viewsonic G90F and I love it. But there's one problem. Immidately after turning it on, i noticed these black spots, almost like caused by magnetic fields, on the monitor screen. I have ofcourse checked the surrounding for electrical equipment that might interfere with the monitor but haven't found anything.

SHould i return the monitor, or is this something that can be fixed?

Degauss the monitor, and if you still have problems... return it.

I would return it. If you have problems right away with a monitor it usually isn't a good sign.
