Problems with my monitor?

Ever since i upgraded my motherboard, occasionaly I get weird "vibrating" on my monitor. I figured it was just my old monitor going bad, so i bought a new one. Well it was going fine untill today i woke up turned it on and its doing the darn vibrating again! Now if i set it to 85Hz refresh and move it from .7v to 1.0v the jiggeling virtual disapears. But if i bump the resolution to 1280x1024 or above, it starts to do the jiggeling thing again. This is VERRY frustrating, what could it be? I never seemed to have this problem with my older motherboard, could it be my videocard? HELP!
