Have you tried the Detonators from www.nvidia.com? 21.83 I think?

How about the latest direct X for win2k? Might need to reinstall it.

What is your video arpeture(sp) set at in your bios? Is your AGP set at 2X or 4X?

After reinstalling directX I would set the arpeture to 32 or you might try 64, also the agp at 2X.

Good Luck

I have found that GeForces, in general, don't like sharing an IRQ with anything else. The AGP slot shares an IRQ with the first PCI slot, so anything in the first PCI slot may be conflicting with your GFMX. You could try assigning IRQ 11 to PCI slot 1 in your BIOS, and move whatever card you may have in PCI slot 1 to another slot. This way, your GFMX is a happy IRQ miser and you should be good to go. The downside is that you effectively lose the use of a PCI slot.

NOTE: If anyone reading this knows how to regain the use of PCI slot 1, either via BIOS settings or perhaps knowledge of which cards a GeForce can live with, I would appreciate your input. I want my first PCI slot back!!!
