Problems with my FTP Server

I have an FTP Server (Serv-U 4.0.0.4) and I'm accessing it from Secure FX 2.0. I have set up virtual links to all the drives on my computer and my network. For some reason, all the virtual drives that point to my local computer work fine, but when i click on a link to another computer on my network i get an error saying either (cannot resolve symbolic link) or (change directory operation failed). Can someone help me out please? thanks

Make sure that the process that the FTP server runs as has permisions for the network drives.

I don't use Serv-U so I don't know how it handles network connections. If it can't follow UNC paths (\\computername\directory\) you may have to map the network drives to a drive letter, and then sym-link to those.

Post this in the networking forum, you will get much more help 😉
