Problems with my Diamond TNT2 ultra in Half Life

I am using the Viper V770 32MB TNT2 Ultra Tweaked for gamers, and every time I exit the game and go into the menu (to change controls or something)and come back I get 2 screens on the top half of my screen, both tie-dyed and messed to hell, and the bottom half of the screen is showing the menu. How can I stop this? I have the latest drivers for the card. Please Help!!!

I have the same prob, I don't remember if I ever actually fixed it, or if I fixed it, by not adjusting things once I was killing everything.

I think I tried reinstalling the drivers.
