Problems with multiplers on ABIT KT7

My brother buy this mobo and D600 and it don't want to run at half multiplers. When i set it at 6.5 it post at 6 (6*100) when at 7.5 (post 7*100)...
What con i do? I have thesame mobo and no problems with multiplers.
