Problems with MSI K7t pro

I had the system up and running, I installed all the drivers and software for it. When I turned it off I noticed that the CD drive lights were still on. I tried turning it back on again and now it wont post. The 4 D-LED lights are red. Im thinking it might be the processor, or powersupply. Anyone have similar problems, or know of a way to diagnose what is really causing the problem. I did check the battery for the motherboard and that was ok. Thanks.
