Problems with MSI 6380LE Boards

I have just built two systems using the MSI 6380LE (Via KT266 DDR Chipset), 1.4 GHz Athlon, Micron CAS 2.5 memory, MSI GE Force 2 MX video, WD hard drive, Dlink network card, and one with Allegro sound and one with SB Live with no OCing. These systems have had Win 98, WinME, and Win2K installed. They typically crashed while running within 5-15 minutes of being started. I had all the latest drivers and Windows patches installed for both systems and have switched components with the same results. I am uncertain as to why this is happening. I am now suspicious that possibly the problem lies with the video drivers, the video card, the motherboard, or a combination of these components. After reading the previous posts about the latest Nvidia Detonators causing some people heart burn, I was wondering if anyone would dare to conjecture on the likely hood of it being the video drivers. I am, as I type, setting up another system like this and am going to test the Nvidia drivers, starting with the 12.9 version. Hopefully this will isolate the cause, as I have customers becoming very perturbed with the situation. Does anyone know if the 6380LE is a possible cause? I personally am running a 6380 with basically the same components but with Radeon video and the system is rock solid using WinXP Beta 2. Any information is greatly appreciated.
