So, I have a Intelimouse Optical 1.1A USB, this thing is plugged to my ps/2 port using a usb to ps2 adapter, why ????, well if i plug it directly to usb, then I have no wheel ?!?!?!?!!??!? ... sometimes also the wheel just stops working ... don't get me wrong it is not that it stops working suddenly or in the middle of something, but somedays i turn on the pc and the wheel just does not want to work ... the next day is OK, (typical cure is unplug it from ps2 plug it to usb, reboot, unplug from usb plug to ps2, reboot ... now it works) ... I know it is not the mobo as I had the same problem with my last two mobos (MSI 815 & MSI 865PE, by the way I will never buy MSI again) ... and I've tried everything (using other usb ports, installing / uninstalling intellipoint software, etc.) ... any ideas ?!?!?!?
