problems with microsoft games (midtown series..crimson skies..etc) with geforce 3?

I was wondering if anyone with a geforce 3 has problems with both Midtown Madness games and Crimson Skies. All 3 games give me blue screens of death when I try to play them. My friend is also having the same problem with these games (he uses a geforce 2 pro). So I'm assuming its a NVidia driver problem. I'm using version 22.80 and my friend is using 21.83... Anyone else has this problem?

Oh.. every one of my games work perfectly.. so I know its either these games or the drivers.. can anyone confirm this?
