Problems with mb install, chieftec case.. mystery wires

I just got this chieftec case AX-01BLD from newegg, which came with no manual. I am attempting to install the motherboard, but when I get to the wires that connect into the mb from the front of the case (power switch, led's, etc. ) I notice that some of the wires are labeled without the regular names. They just have various voltages and mysterious letters. Maybe I am an idiot but I have no idea what to do with these. I have been searching and have found no help. If anyone can help me, please reply.

As long as you got the necessary wires plugged, there's no need to plug in extras like the HDD LEDs and such for operation. Also, if its a Chieftec ( = Antec clone) it might very well be just some connectors for a frontal USB port.
