Problems with Mafia

I'm trying to do mission 9, point something, the one where I'm supposed to go with two trucks to pick up some wine. Whenever I get into the parking lot where the trucks are the game crashes, it loads up about 60% of the scene before the crash.

anyone else having this problem?
 
It does this everytime I take it? I didn't have any problems with that mission. If you can find a mafia forum it might be worth checking them out. If you are having the problem I'm sure someone else is too.
 
I just downloaded from some mafia fan page the entire saves for the game and just loaded the one right after where it crashes on me. Works fine now 🙂
