Here's what I did (system specs at the bottom):

-Reformatted NTFS.
-Installed ATA Controller + Windows 2000 Pro, reboot.
-Installed DirectX 9, reboot.
-Installed NIC, reboot.
-Installed Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe like this:

1) Downloaded latest W2K Drivers from Leadtek to hard drive.
2) Turned off system, inserted the TV card to PCI slot, and did not connect anything to/from the card, then booted up.
3) When I came up, Found New Hardware Wizard appeared, I told it to Specify Location and pointed to the folder where I saved the drivers from website. (Wizard appears 4 times for 4 different things). Reboot.
4) Came up, confirmed there were no errors in Device Manager. Inserted light blue installation CD that came with the TV card, closed installer that automatically ran, and intead, went to My Computer, right-clicked CD drive, Explore, then navigate to "AP" directory, and ran the "setup.exe" to launch the Application Setup Wizard. When this finished, I shut down the computer.
5) I connected the FM antena to the appropriate plug and booted up (didn't connect coax from tv outlet just yet). Confirmed there were no errors in Device Manager, then shut down.

-I inserted the Audigy card, booted up, installed drivers and software, and rebooted which is where I am now.

ATM, I can run the FM tuner program and listen to radio stations just fine. However, when I run the TV tuner program, my computer locks up at the loading splash screen that says "Winfast PVR". Task Manager shows CPU usage at 100% and program "not responding."

In my other related thread, people suggested that the Audigy did not want to share IRQ's with the card (I was BSODing with IRQ error message). I changed my cards when I did what I said I did in this post and I don't have any conflicts anymore with the Audigy.

Someone else stated that Voodoo cards don't mix well with TV tuners. To test, I installed the TV card on a different computer (p2 450mhz 128sdram w2kpro sp3 dx8.1 onboard sound onboard 4mb video) and it ran fine. I could not run the FM program on that machine, (i didn't connect the fm antenna to to the card maybe that's why), but I COULD run the TV program. I could see the grey, black, white dots from lack of signal (cuz coax tv antena cable wasn't connected to it) but it did NOT lock up.

I was thinking perhaps my CPU is not fast enough, but then again, it DID work on my other machine which is a 450mhz p2. Mine's a 500mhz p3.

So, what could be my problem? Is it the Voodoo or a possible IRQ conflict with the Audigy or something else (How else can I check for IRQ conflicts if nothing is abnormal in Device Manager?).
