I try to play half life and all is well until the console screens starts to scroll up revealing the playing screen. EVERY single time it will lock when the console screen is about 1/4 of the way up, meaning its only revealing the arms of my player. I have tried the new 6.x drivers, the latest retail drivers from Ledteak and it still happens. I can run the opengl screen saver ok, but Half life will only run for me in software mode. I'm running Me on the box I'm having problems with, so I'm planning on tossing win 2k on there to see if its issues with me and direct x.
