Problems With Latest Build

Ok so as the title says I am in the middle of my second build and I decided to give the thing a shot and powered it on. When I powered it on, nothing appeared on the screen, and so I tried changing the RAM thinking that it might be the RAM I bought, but that did not fix anything. The build I have is:

AMD 64 3200+ (Socket 939)
Epox 9NPA Nforce 4 Motherboard
Kingston 1GB PC3200 RAM
ATI X800 PCIE Video Card
Maxtor 300GB SATA HD
Standard DVD/Floppy
Antec 500W Phantom PSU
Antec Solo Case

The thing is I would try a different video card but I don't have another one that is PCI-E, so I want to make sure that is the problem. Any ideas of what it could be? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

If anyone has a chance please help me out here, I am just as lost as a guy can be. I am seeing an FF code come on right away but no image. Could this just be a bad video card? Should I reset the CMOS? Let me know please!!!!

Are there any beeps when you start it up? I'm guessing that it's the video card.

Ya my guess is the video card as well, let me check for some beeping

Well I can't figure out the sound on this board, it doesn't seem to be connecting correctly, so I am not sure if it is beeping or what, but I have tried quite a bit and no luck.
