Problems with Intel D915PBL Motherboard

Just got the board. It powers on and all fans spin and lights come on but no post or video. It beeps at me when i take the memory out which is correct, but doesn't when i take the video card out. I have tried resetting the bios and taking cmos battery out but still nothing.I have never got it to post, all help appreciated
