Problems with Inspiron 8200 LCD! Dead pixels? Will Dell replace it?

There are like five or six spots on my Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop (Ultrasharp no less!) where there are small spots about a quarter the size of a penny that have discolored pixels. I dont know the difference between dead pixels and stuck pixels or whatnot but I know something is wrong. Whenever the screen is black, you can see them very clearly and they look kind of bad.

Does anybody know how I can verify the extent of the problem/damage and does anybody know what can be done? I assume only a warranty replacement... does anybody have experience with Dell's policy?

Ask for the onsite service. Just trust me on this one

Try for getting the part on a monday so call it in on a friday
