My friend just got his dsl though Qwest. It' a Intel 2100 modem. His lan is working fine but when he enable Internet Connection Sharing the lan stop working.Under Internet Connection Sharing Properties in his device manager, it says "the NDIS.VXD loaders for this device could not load the device driver". There is also an exclamation point on top of the icon in the device manager.Any ideals?

Try looking over at dslreports.com for some stuff related to this internal DSL modem. I think that the drivers omit some registry entries on purpose to prevent use of ICS since Qwest wants you to buy the Cisco router if you are going to be sharing. I think once these registry entries are entered then ICS should work.

Windows ICS is notoriously finicky. I had it working fine for a long time until it just quit. I reinstalled absolutely everything and couldn't get it working again. Do yourself a favor, uninstall it and get yourself a NAT like Winproxy and kiss your troubles goodbye.
