Problems with ICQ and linux

Im running linux mandrake 8.1 through a crossover cable to the main server. MSN and other chat programs work fine, but i can only recive ICQ msgs and i cannot send them, does anyone know what could be causing this? no matter what program i get i just cant send any msgs..

Im using win2k as the main server in my house, and its connected via crossover. everythign works, msn, internet, no problems, except for icq, with icq it just wont send any messages at all, i can recieve, it says that i sent the message successfully, but they dont recieve it.

Any help?

I am currently using Licq, but i have tried Everybuddy also, it works with msn, but i can only reciece messages from icq. Icq cannot connect directly, it has to send through the server, any way i could get it to send? its very annoying 🙁
