Problems with HTML email, Outlook and Vista Business

We have this really annoying problem with two of our Vista Business machines at the office. Every now and then, and HTML email is received by several employees (To: and CC🙂. The ones with XP can see it just fine, in it's original HTML format.

Those with Vista hoewever, do not. The email messages gets converted into plain text. It's the same email, same Outlook version (2003 SP2) and same POP3 and SMTP server. It doesn't happen with every html email, just a few.
I cannot understand why this is happening.

Could it be Vista or some sort of security "feature"?

Have you found a solution to this problem yet? We have the exact same problem in my office. It is only Vista systems running Outlook 2003 that have the problem.

Interestingly enough, the problem happens when certain people email our office, and only those certain people. I have no idea why this is.

Also, if they send an attachment, the attachment comes in with mime encoding in full text rather than showing as an attachment.

Unfortunately no, I haven't found a solution. Both Vista machines are being downgraded (or should I say, upgraded) to XP in the next few days. I've had it with Vista.
